1. Provider
The Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor Course is provided by:

2. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed once the learner enrols and ZES Boutique Studio B.V. confirms acceptance in writing.
The learner receives a copy of this agreement for their records.
This agreement governs participation in the training programme.
3. Course Description
The course includes access to the learner platform, theoretical instruction, practical workshops, tutor guidance, assessments and certification upon successful completion.
Further policies relating to assessment, procedures and learner responsibilities are available upon request and via the online learner platform.
4. Course Fee
The total course fee is €1.500. This fee includes training, supervision, access to the learner platform, course materials and the initial assessments unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is structured as follows:
€1.500 at once via the Learner Platform Payment

• €500 reservation fee payable upon enrolment to secure a place via separate payment upon request
• €1,000 balance payable on the first day of the calendar month in which the course starts via the Learner Platform
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the reserved place.

6. Contract Duration
The agreement remains valid for the duration of the course and its validity period of 12 months from enrolment unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.
7. Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Consumers have a statutory 14‑day withdrawal period from confirmation of enrolment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. If services begin during this period at the learner’s request, a proportional fee may apply.
8. Attendance
All mandatory training sessions must be attended in the prescribed order. Missing sessions may prevent certification and may require re‑enrolment in a future course.
9. Assessment and Certification
Certification is granted only after completion of required modules, attendance of required sessions and passing both theory and practical assessments. No partial certificates are issued.
10. Cancellation and Provider Changes
After the cooling‑off period the reservation fee is non‑refundable and course fees are generally non‑refundable once the course has started.
ZES Boutique Studio B.V. may cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolments, trainer illness, force majeure or government restrictions. Learners will be offered a full refund or transfer to a later course. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

11. Health and Safety
Learners participate in physical training at their own responsibility and must complete required health declarations and follow safety instructions.
12. Conduct
Learners must behave respectfully and professionally. Serious misconduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of ZES Boutique Studio B.V. Learners receive a non‑transferable licence for personal learning use only.
14. Complaints and Appeals
Formal procedures exist for complaints, appeals and assessment regulations. These documents are available upon request and/or via the online learner platform.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
16. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount of the course fee paid, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
