I recently completed the ZES Academy, and it was fantastic. Petra provided clear, detailed guidance on exercises, cues, muscles targeted, and progressions/regressions. The course was well-structured, practical, and thoroughly prepared me to teach dynamic reformer pilates classes confidently. Highly recommend the ZES Academy!

I participated in the ZES Academy and successfully became a certified Pilates Instructor - truly one of the best decisions I've ever made.
The ZES Academy was very well structured. We had workshops every Sunday which were packed with both theoretical and practical knowledge. These sessions gave me a deep understanding of Pilates and allowed me to build on my existing knowledge as a personal trainer. The combination of knowledge, movement, and technique was exactly what I was looking for, and it made me feel confident and fully prepared to start teaching.
If you're thinking about starting your Pilates journey - either as a client or an aspiring instructor, I couldn't recommend this place more!

I trained with ZES Academy and had a fantastic experience. Petra’s instruction was clear, supportive, and very practical. She was incredibly generous with her time, giving us thorough feedback every session and extra guidance between sessions. We had plenty of hands on cueing practice and learned how to work safely with common conditions/injuries (pathologies). We were also encouraged to continuing education so clients are taught by the best prepared instructors. Highly recommend!⭐️😊
