What we expect
We strongly recommend you to take at least 5-10 classes of Dynamic/Contemporary Reformer Pilates before you start

Before the in-person days:

• ~50 hours e-learning (Principles, Reformer, Anatomy, Physiology, Safety, Communication, Nutrition and Pilates, Planning, quizzes).

• ~35 hours self study of the ZQPA repertoire of 73 exercises



During the in-person days:


• 72 hours training (9 days) of which at least 12 hours teaching and observing.

• 9 hours studio extra practice (after the in person day)

Outside training weekends:


• at least 12 hours class attendance & 12 hours observation (upon request at ZES or with videos recorded at ZES).

• 3 hours coaching with Instructor Trainer.

• 24 hours exam revision.



After the in-person days:


• 40 hours practical exam preparation, intake with the bodies, planning, teaching, practice, recording, self reflection.

• Practical Video Assessment of a 50-minute class.

What you will achieve under NLQF/EQF Level 4
By the end of this course, you will be a confident, thoroughly trained Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor, equipped to:

 Collect, assess and analyse information
 Identify customer motives and goals
 Design and deliver well-balanced Reformer workouts for both groups and individuals
 Teach with a strong foundation in movement science, anatomy, and exercise science.
