At ZES Qualifying Pilates Academy, students learn to create powerful, creative Pilates flows through a dynamic 240-hour program that blends in-depth theory with hands-on practice.

Expert-led lectures in Anatomy and Nutrition ensure a strong professional foundation, while unique experiences — such as a Matcha Making workshop — add a lifestyle-focused touch that makes learning inspiring, memorable, and fun.
As you step into the profession, the learning outcomes of the programme - classified at NLQF Level 4 and referenced to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) - help studios and employers understand the level of your training in the Netherlands and internationally.

I trained with ZES Academy and had a fantastic experience. Petra’s instruction was clear, supportive, and very practical. She was incredibly generous with her time, giving us thorough feedback every session and extra guidance between sessions. We had plenty of hands on cueing practice and learned how to work safely with common conditions/injuries (pathologies). We were also encouraged to continuing education so clients are taught by the best prepared instructors. Highly recommend!⭐️😊
